Who we are
A Little About Me
I am a wife, mother, marketing professional, health educator and yoga instructor who has spent 15 years on the marketing side of the fitness and training industry.
I understand how to train, fuel, and take care of a body—yet I’ve also learned that as life changes, our bodies and daily movement change with it. Years ago, my workday was naturally active. Today, I have to be intentional to move beyond working out.
The current marketing for GLP-1 (and other peptides) speak to a narrative of defeat: “You’ve tried everything. You just need this.”
That’s not my story. And it’s not the story of a lot of people who are simply curious, data-driven, or have a solid foundation and lack the time required to workout, move and cook—while working, parenting and maintaining a social life.
I am not looking for a miracle. I wanted to experiment—to see what peptides could do layered onto a healthy lifestyle. And, to stop the scroll.
